The learner will be able to:
·         To define Improvisation and explain why it is important in the creative problem solving process
·         To highlight the tools used in effective Improv performances
·         To encourage teams (Team Managers) to address improvisational techniques to enhance their characters in both the Team Challenge and in Instant Challenge
·         To identify and use some Improv games and training techniques
·         To identify additional Improv, mime and acting resources
·         (Appraisers) To become aware of the improvisational techniques that team members are using to enhance their characters and performance.
