13 Information Required to Register
The address and post code of the property being registered The number of employees (within a range) Your Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC 2003) Companies House registration number (if you are Ltd or Plc) A valid address A contact phone Number

15 Exempt Premises To be exempt from registering the premises the following criteria must be met The amount of waste removed must not exceed 200Kg in total over 12 months The waste must be removed by registered carrier

17 Fly Tipping One very important exemption is Hazardous Waste that has been Fly-Tipped. Regulation 22(2) provides that where waste has been deposited in contravention of The Environmental Protection Act 1990 it may be removed without requiring registration of those premises. (consignment notes must still be used in the normal manner)
