22 Conclusion We obtain a new set of global OMP parameters for neutron as projectile; the error of corresponding are also given in our work. 2. Using our OMP parameters and HVH theorem, we obtain the values of and and inspect the conclusion of our recent work [PRC 85(2012)024305] that the contribution of the second-order symmetry potential to generally cannot be neglected.
