In general, firmer and flatter is better when selecting a new bed. Best position to sleep is on your back with one pillow. Worst position to sleep is on your stomach with your head turned. By age 45 you have slept for approx. 15 years.

Study of 70,274 members in a 7-year period studied by an independent physician association compared to Wellness management.
