According to Deloitte, even a 1% gain in capital productivity could help offset the cumulative net loss of US$35 billion reported by listed upstream, oilfield services, and integrated companies worldwide in The World Economic Forum (WEF) estimated in a white paper with Accenture that digitalization has the potential to create around $1 trillion of value for oil and gas firms.

5. SYMPOSIUM PROGRAMME
The first edition of ENGenious™ will focus on transformational technologies from the oil & gas industry.
The three-day forward-looking symposium will explore four key pillars across the Oil & Gas industry: automation & control systems, data analytics, robotics and smart communications. The theme will be: "Re-imagining the oil and gas industry. Unleashing the power of digital- today, tomorrow and beyond".
Each day will consist of a plenary session and four streams for each of the pillars with several sessions each.
