Templates are specially formatted publications containing placeholder text that serves as a master for other publications.
Templates are organized by category.
Access templates by clicking the New command in Backstage view.

Click the text to be replaced
Press [F9] to zoom in/out, as needed
Press [Ctrl][A] to select all text, if necessary
