These were not defiled with women – not involved in spiritual adultery
Ones who follow the lamb (First fruit to God)
No lie found in their mouths, blameless

Worship God – repentance still possible
The partial judgment was to encourage people to repent

A golden crown and a sickle
Angel came out of the temple
Cried to the one who sat on the cloud
Called for him to reap
One on the cloud reaped the earth
The righteous are reaped
No wrath is mentioned

8. SICKLES OF JUDGMENT

Another angel came out of the temple in heaven with a sickle (14:17-20)
Another angel who had power over fire
Calls to him who had the sharp sickle to harvest the grapes
Grapes are ripe = time of harvest
God does not judge quickly without giving people time to repent (See Gen. 15:16) Threw them into the wine press of God’s wrath
