It’s going to get worse before it gets better Attacks are growing in frequency, size, and sophistication We have a serious shortage of skilled cybersecurity practitioners 2016: 300,000 2020: 2 million + Training the next generation of defenders is paramount We must become a more informed & better educated society with regards to cybersecurity in general Encouraging our youth and inspiring their interest in cybersecurity is key to reducing the massive shortage of cybersecurity professionals in the future.
