Client’s photo should not be used unless getting their consent in advance
Always do spell check and proof reading
Counter check by another staff before/after the content posted
Only authorized information can be posted to web-page
Content should be updated regularly and with accurate information
To prevent mistakes and typo, recommended to be reviewed by different levels of staff: Service unit–in- charge officer -> Regional Manager > Service Director > Executive Director
