Your Turn to Evaluate Pliny
Ex. Like Seneca before him, Pliny also noted that tides occur higher at equinoxes than solstices, and that the autumn equinox is larger than the spring equinox. The difference is that Pliny said that the spring tide is not as large as the autumnal tide. He did not elaborate further. Did he offer new information, or repeat old information?
