Lockout Tagout Settings
Ability to create corporate lockout tagout setting for energy source colors and scope these for use at various sites within a company.

Ability to use an image editor to add basic shapes to highlight lockout tagout images you have uploaded.

Lockout tagout setting have been broken into three different buttons to make the tool easier to use and allow the use of scoped (or corporate level) settings for energy sources.
The permissions lock has now been modified to more closely resemble the other system tools.

Scoped Sources (corp. settings)

Scoped sources appear for use at all sites that they are scoped to. They are created the same way as in the past.

LOTO settings contain scoped sources that can be used by the site, as well as site specific sources (if allowed)

Site level source settings are not allowed if the scoped sources contain a corporate lock

Scoped sources can be locked by checking this box. Site specific settings cannot be created if this lock is in place.

If you choose to use the corporate lock, you will be notified of the impact.

Since your sites may already have LOTO procedures built that are using site level sources setting when you initiate the corporate lock, you will need to merge the old site level settings into your new corporate level source settings.
A tool has been provided to merge these settings

Select a site source to merge into a corporate source.

Once an item is selected, the scoped sources allowed for that site will appear and you can choose the one you want to merge it with.

Then click the merge button to merge the site source with the corporate scoped source.

A listing of merged sources will be maintained for your records

Image editing tools have been added to allow the addition of circles, squares and arrows to highlight portions of images you have uploaded to each step of a lockout tagout procedure.
These shapes can be sized as necessary and set to one of six different colors.

When images are edited, the images will now be resized down to a maximum of 1,000 pixels wide and the aspect ratio of the image will be maintained.
(this will keep images from getting distorted)

In the edit mode, click the Go To LOTO Steps

Select a step where you want to use the image editor and click the edit pencil to edit the step

If no image has been uploaded yet , you will need to upload your image first - then save the step – then hit the edit pencil to reopen the step.

Click Edit Image to open the image editor

Click to select the shape you want to use

Use handles to resize the shape

The image editor makes permanent changes to the image you have uploaded. These changes cannot be edited or undone again in the future.
Changes made cannot be removed.
If you want to start over, you will need to upload a fresh new image.

Many shapes can be added to an image, but make sure the shape your are currently working on is the way you want it before selecting an additional shape. You will not be able to go back to a previous shape and change it once you select the next shape.

Future
We believe that in the future we can create a link that will allow a user to restore the original image if desired.
Once the image is saved you will not be able to edit the shapes, but before an image is saved we believe we can find a way to edit other shapes on image if you have multiple shapes on that image prior to saving it.
(these changes would come in future enhancements)
