2. 2 Far West Ski Association Convention Far West Ski Association holds an annual convention. The convention is typically held the second weekend of June. The convention changes location from year to year. The convention is hosted by the local council and their member clubs.

4. 4 Who Attends Delegates Delegates Must be a member of a FWSA club or a Direct Member of FWSA Clubs are allowed a number of voting delegates based on their membership Non-voting delegates are invited to attend all events except they will not be able to vote in the elections on Sunday Delegates register individually and clubs submit their delegate list

5. 5 Who Else Attends Snowsports Partners Ski Resorts, Equipment, Travel Experts Special Guests Guests are invited from the Ski Industry to interact with us on matters of importance to Skiers and Boarders Open to the Public The Friday night Silent Auction & Dance –Event is FREE and includes a FREE drink Saturday meetings, presentations and meals –Saturday only package available

8. 8 Convention Activities Friday Program for Delegates Beach Party Silent Auction, Ski Show & Dance –A chance to bid on more than $100,000 in travel related packages –Meet with the Snowsports Industry from the US and International destinations –Open to the Public so invite all your friends –Great deals to be had –A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Disabled Sports USA Far West Snowsports Program The registration fee covers these programs for Friday.
