18. Necessary for BLR water Analysis and treatment
・prevention of sticking the scale
When the scale stick on the tube , the place will be superheated. Finally , scale will bring the trouble(burst and crack…).Beside of that, it will be source of decreasing the thermal efficiency.
・prevention of corrosion
The place where exposed with boiler water gets the corrotion with efficiency of ionize.
・prevention of carry-over
Phenomenon of bringing out the boiler water with steam. It’s will be a source of decreasing the thermal efficiency and corrosion because of impurities inside the boiler water.

20. Burner Maintenance
To keep a good combustion , we have a maintenance in regularly .
Above all,the accumlation of the carbon around the igniter and pilot burner invite the bad ignition.
When the carbon stick around the swirler,it retard the ventilation.
