Detailed description of contract:
An administration building for psychiatric healthcare extensive alteration and refurbishment works were carried out on both ground floor and first floor levels; Identification and controlled removal of Asbestos containing materials, forming of new toilet, kitchen and office accommodation.
Extensive alteration to existing M&E installations. Installation of a sliding/folding partition to the existing first floor meeting room. Works were completed in two phases to maintain staff facilities throughout the construction period whilst implementing control measures to protect users of the building.
