MRSO receive daily report from Capita comparing the TIBCO 602 Report with the daily IDoc Count Report from SAP-ISU
Major count differences are followed up immediately with Capita/ESBN - small differences are left for the weekly reconciliation
MRSO undertake a weekly reconciliation of messages issued and received in the previous week - where any discrepancy persists MRSO carry out further analysis and resolve
As a final check MRSO complete a monthly message count reconciliation and follow up as needed
Capita provide MRSO with a daily report on unprocessed market messages in the central hub - these are reviewed and followed up daily by MRSO
