All of these are done on top of: making longterm plans, drafting budgets, structures and assigning jobs, beyond making sure that the results are consistent with the original plan. Leadership and vision means doing these things and more.
It means beginning with a clear vision, communicating that vision to all concerned, getting people motivated and inspired to pursue the vision in their daily work. Brining meaning to the work that people do – making what they do worthy and valuable.
