The same A/D converters can use their FPDP outputs to connect through the Model 6226 or 6250 FPDP Adapters for delivering A/D data to the C6000 and G4 PowerPC processor boards. 7 Analog IF Tuner Classification System
By adding the Model 6099A Digital Delay Memory to the previous slide, signals can be classified by the DSP using the undelayed data. The delay path allows time for signal classification so that only signals of interest need to be stored. 8 Analog IF Tuner Tracking Receiver
The same system can substitute the Model Channel Receiver VIM-4. Energy detection on the wideband undelayed signals uses the DDR bypass path. Delayed signals can then be de-hopped by pre-tuning the receiver channels.
