The Dalai Lama is also a Bodhisattva
Budai is said to have been a man of few words
When asked what enlightenment was he would put down his heavy cloth sack. When asked how to attain it, he picked it up.

The goal of all Buddhists (if not all people)
May take several lives to achieve = REINCARNATION
Once achieved, one breaks SAMSARA and is eligible for PARINIRVANA
