Current Dukane Digital Clock System is Failing  Cannot get parts  Clocks are failing Worked with Tech Committee...  Discussed Clock Needs (Classrooms & Hallways)  Designed an RFP with Options  Evaluated RFP Responses  Determined Recommended Solution Video Distribution – moving to new solution this spring with existing tools and not buying new video distribution system. New system $200, ,000 and teachers do not need another system. TRC working with teachers who create video announcmeents now to implement new solution by spring and eliminate need for TV's in rooms so they can be removed.
