The MHS Strategic Communications Office requires support to successfully perform its mission as the focal point for MHS internal and external communications. The Communications Office supports the central coordination of strategic communications for the various offices of senior MHS leadership to ensure that there is "one message with many voices". It also provides support for senior leader speech writing, strategic planning, enterprise web content management , upper echelon and enterprise media, news writing social media and strategic outreach at the national level. Support further includes integration of tactical planning and peripheral execution across the MHS. The role of Office is instrumental in accomplishing this responsibility and in informing the public, the media, MHS internal audiences, stakeholders within DoD and Congress MHS.
Writing a better proposal: State the problem; link solution to the problem; provide schedule & budget; don’t restate the PWS; understand evaluation criteria and follow the submission rules.
