Many benefits go along with a community garden It will bring the community together It could be a good source of food for lower income families it will give the community a sense of accomplishment.
Many of the company houses that are left have already been renovated. When you drive through neighbor hoods you can see that almost all the company houses still have there original design plan but with modern appearance. Some issues during renovation included incomplete studs and reinforcing floorboards on second floor. Totally replace the floor.
