Intro to the Creation of T2Pc for Innovation and Employment
Priorities modernization of higher education in Kosovo and the update of its curricula develop new case studies and apply them in teaching in the following fields: agribusiness, environment and tourism and public administration. resolving the problem of identified skills mismatches in the long run

Our aim is to improve the relevance of higher education for the labour market and society in Kosovo by creating sustainable models of interaction between universities and enterprises. O1 To create opportunities for long term partnerships between HEI, enterprises and public sector through established T2Ps. O2 To support professional development of teaching staff based on methodological knowledge and skills transfer. O3 To modernize, update and innovate educational programs through newly developed teaching materials. O4 To provide high-quality, flexible and transparent learning outcomes responding to identified skills mismatches through updating and creating new courses. O5 To promote achievements of university - enterprise cooperation and knowledge exchange through professional dissemination

Special Mobility Strand
The aim of mobility strand is ‘to support professional development of teaching staff, support staff and students based on knowledge and skills transfer’. In total 18 students from Partner countries, 126 staff (teaching and supporting) from Partner countries and 45 staff from Programme countries (in total 189) will be involved in mobility actions. Mobility actions will be the following: students mobility for study periods of 3 months and 12 months; teaching staff mobility for 5 day and 1 month teaching periods; teaching staff mobility for 5 day training periods and support staff mobility for 5 day training periods. Special mobility strand is incorporated in the project design, since we expect it will bring an added value to the overall CTPCIE’s objective through mobility of teaching and administration staff, students mobility and traineeship.
