2 LOGIN TO MY.SCOUTING.ORG

3 Once logged in, you’ll click Menu, Legacy Web Tools, then BeAScout to access your unit’s information.

4 Click on the “Unit Pin Management” tab at the top

5 Select Your Unit

6 Set Pin to Active

7 Note Apply Status

8 Update Primary Contact Information

9 Update Alternate Contact Information These individuals will not receive s for online registration

10 Updated Pin Successfully

11 Updated Pin Successfully

14 LOGIN TO MY.SCOUTING.ORG
Enter your Username and Password

15 SETTING YOUR UNIT’S CONFIGURATIONS
Select Menu

Select the Unit you wish to work with

Select Organization Manager

Select Settings

After Selecting Settings Scroll to Bottom to Family Scouting

20 SETTING YOUR UNIT’S CONFIGURATIONS
Select if your Pack will be participating in Family Scouting Date you will begin participating Accepting Boys Only, Girls Only or both Boys and Girls

21 SETTING YOUR UNIT’S CONFIGURATIONS
Click the Commit Button to accept changes

CONGRATULATIONS! Unit has been successfully updated!
