English Language Learners Access for ELLs (Assessing Comprehension and Communication in English State-to-State for English Language Learners) Developed by the World-Class Instructional Design and Assessment (WIDA) All students in grades K-12 Replaces the English Language Development Assessment (ELDA) Includes an alternate assessment for students with significant cognitive disabilities.

8 Additional Assessments 2014–15
Provisos as passed in the House; work is continuing in the Senate Proviso 1A.19. states that PSAT/PLAN reimbursements shall resume in the current fiscal year. Proviso 1A.29. (SDE-EIA: Assessments-Gifted & Talented, Advanced Placement, & International Baccalaureate Exams) Of the funds appropriated and/or authorized for assessment, up to $4,600,000 shall be used for assessments to determine eligibility of students for gifted and talented programs and for the cost of Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate exams.
