Higher density in downtown Focus on individualized recreation, such as trails, open space Utilize existing facilities/form partnerships for sports field development, etc. Single family housing developments providing their own recreation spaces/play equipment

Total of 94 acres currently 8.55 acres/1,000 pop 2005 PRO Plan Standard for 2011 Level of Service: 9 acres/1,000 population Adds approx. 156 acres/ Total = 253 In 2024: 17.3 acres/1,000 population
