4 Antonyms – Pass the Bomb!
pointless dirty happy quiet idiotic fat ugly false poor tiny beautiful rich intelligent clean true important lively huge thin sad In pairs Take it in turns to say a pair Don’t repeat (unless all words have been used) Person whose turn it is when the bomb explodes loses!

5 Antonyms and synonyms - guidelines
Teach explicitly (lists, simple activities) 2. Train students to look for them in texts 3. Point them out when going through answers
