2 Building and Design Timeline Professional services design contract - awarded April 2, 2009 to Hernandez Calhoun Design International Bid for construction services has begun - will be awarded by January, 2010 Construction will begin in February, 2010 Substantial completion - mid-December, 2010 Final completion - by the end of January, 2011
