Spelling Continue to emphasise to pupils the relationships between sounds and letters, even when the relationships are unusual. Practise adding prefixes and suffixes to root words to change meaning. Many of the words in the list provided can be used for practice in adding suffixes. Focus on spelling in homework tasks. Punctuation and grammar Review week’s learning using CGP Books. Practise concepts using website list. Ask children to explain why their writing in homework is successful. Model exemplary grammar in everyday life.

13 Website List Useful websites which may help review learning. If any of the terms used by children, in the CGP books or on websites are unclear, then please use us as a frame of reference. Come and see us.
