5 Campaign 2014-15 on managing psychosocial risks
Objectives Promoting the positive effects of managing psychosocial risks, including the business case Promoting existing tools and guidance, supporting the development of new tools Content products in preparation ( ) Campaign toolkit for micro and small enterprises recognising and preventing psychosocial risks common concerns and misconceptions, simple definitions Costs related to stress and psychosocial risks (a state of the art report) Psychosocial risks in European workplaces. Organisational interventions. (EU-OSHA and EUROFOUND joint report) OSH Wiki articles

6 ESENER-2 (preparation in 2013, fieldwork in 2014)
Increased policy relevance Covering additional topics: MSDs, OSH performance, OSH actors at the workplace, extent of the administrative burden, as well as previous topics: OSH management, psychosocial risks and worker involvement Including micro and SME: those employing 5 or more workers Extending to cover agriculture, forestry and fishing sector More countries: up to 35, possibly including Iceland, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia More accurate data New target respondent: to reduce refusals, avoid confusion over roles and gain space for more ‘content’ questions Fieldwork improvements: increased sample sizes, greater ‘quality’ requirements on the contractor Improve the quality of the questionnaire: more rigorous translation procedure and more extensive testing and piloting
