Patients in the individualized group (n = 398) received a highly individualized tailored treatment duration ranging from 24 to 72 weeks. Treatment duration was calculated by the baseline HCV RNA viral load (cutoff, 800,000 IU/mL) and the time point at which HCV RNA levels became undetectable for the first time as defined by TMA assay (detection limit, 5–10 IU/mL).
