2 Synonyms A synonym is a word that has the same meaning as another word. Examples: I felt calm. I felt relaxed.

3 Antonyms Antonyms are words with opposite meanings. Example:
The current was strong, but near the shore it was weak.

4 Antonyms You can often form the antonym of an adjective by using the prefixes un, in, or im Example: even, uneven expensive, inexpensive possible, impossible
