4. 4 Business card of the Group INSAYUR GROUP It was established in 1994 in Togliatti and currently this is a huge manufacturing and trading holding company. The major lines of activities are the following: investments and product markets in sphere of machine-building and metallurgical industry, power engineering, manufacturing of components for automotive industry and household appliances production. During its development INSAYUR Group successfully implemented a number of investment projects in different fields, namely, in metallurgy, financial sector, trading, medicine, food industry.

7. 7 Business card of the Group INSAYUR – AVTOTRADE-TL It was established in 1999 and currently covers the functions of Managing Company and Trading House. Its main activity is the procurement the automotive companies, like AVTOVAZ, Zaporozhskiy Avtomobilniy Zavod (Zaporozhye Automotive Plant), etc. with blackwork and galvanized rolled products. During its business activity the team of INSAYUR-AVTOTRADE-TL managed to build well- defined system of cooperation with automotive plants departments and to arrange the effective partnership and contacts. In its field of activity INSAYUR-AVTOTRADE-TL formed the reputation of reliable supplier and partner. The Company was several times awarded the title The best supplier of AVTOVAZ.

8. 8 Business card of the Group POLYSTEEL This is the main production site of INSAYUR Group. SOP took place in 1979. Became the part of INSAYUR Group in 2006. This is the largest Russian company for production of cold-rolled sheet material with electrolytic and organic coating. The products of the Company are well-known and demanded in automotive, food, light and construction industries.

9. 9 Business card of the Group AK LMZ This is the oldest metallurgical enterprise in Ural region. It will celebrate its 225 years Anniversary in 2010 году. It became the part of INSAYUR Group in 2006. Its typical products are household appliances: steel enamel ware and household stoves. The stoves range also includes floor standing stoves: electric, gas and gas-stoves with electric cabinet oven. The Company produces more then 40 types of enamel ware. Products of AK LMZ feature with high quality. Currently it remains to be important production site of INSAYUR Group.

10. 10 Development of production In 1999 the stock holders and INSAYUR Group management initiated the start of program for complete production facilities upgrade in order to create the fundamentally innovative high- performance production site. Upgrade program has the following main tasks to be solved: 1. Increase the production capacity by 2.5 times; 2. Increase the efficiency of plant assets application; 3. Securing the quality of the output products, which meets the requirements of the buyers; 4. Increase the reliability of deliveries; 5. Decrease the production costs. At the moment, upgrade program is 65 % implemented. In accordance with the plan, all works under upgrade program and obtaining the declared production capacity shall be completed by 2010.

15. 15 Quality management system In July 2008 Managing Company INSAYUR- AVTOTRADE-TL and Polysteel got the unified Quality Management System Certificate of Conformity with International Standard ISO 9001 2000 and Branch Standard ISO/TS 16949 2000. The audit was performed by UTAC. All kind of galvanized rolled products have the conformity certificates of facultative certification. Every 2 years the enterprises prove their Golden Certification Marks of XXI century for electrolytically galvanized rolled products for Automotive Industry, electrolytically galvanized rolled products for Construction Industry and cold-rolled sheet metal for cans.

18. 18 Field of products application Advantages of technology of electrochemical galvanizing are the following: 1.production of electrolytically galvanized rolled product with different thickness of zinc coating on sides (differential coating) within the tolerance of 0.2 – 10.0 microns; 2.stability of mechanical properties of the base (cold- rolled product); 3.production of high-quality substrate for subsequent paint-coating with increased adhesion; 4.production of one-side electrolytically galvanized rolled product. AUTOMOBILE PRODUCTION Electrolytically galvanized rolled products for Automotive Industry are used in automobile production for body parts manufacturing.

19. 19 Field of products application Advantages of the system of polyester paintwork coating (primer + enamel) 23-27 microns thick are the following: 1.good adhesion with electrolytic zinc (highest ISO mark – 0 points after drawing the spherical socket 6 mm deep); 2.high shock strength; 3.good bending strength; 4.good hardness; 5.high resistance against attack by solvent. CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Electrolytically galvanized rolled products for Construction Industry are used for manufacturing the metal structures to be painted (e.g. profiles for indoor repair works, for household appliances enclosures). Electrolytically galvanized rolled products with polymeric coating for Construction Industry are used for metal tiles and shaped sheets. Polyester atmospheric enamel coating gives the metal aesthetically beautiful appearance.

21. 21 Technological base Polysteel production facility is equipped with 4 lines for electrolytic coating, including 2 combined lines. Continuous line for electrolytic galvanizing and polymeric coating subsequently combines 2 technologies – electrolytical galvanizing and painting by Coil Coating method.

23. 23 Development strategy Strategic goal of INSAYUR Group is to increase the value of business through the increasing the quality of the products and the development of services, implementation the effective forms and means of management. The highest priority currently has the implementation of new, strategy-oriented management system. As a key part of the implementation stage a Balanced Scorecard (BCS) was designed and presented to stock holders in the form of Strategy Map and Score Card. Companys specialists, in cooperation with leading advisers in sphere of strategic planning, conduct the work for building the system of companies budgetary management and prepared the recommendation for its optimization basing on the analysis and diagnostics of the current organizational structure.

24. 24 Outlook of development The Company successfully perform continuous upgrade of production facilities and optimization of production steps. One of the priority directions of the activity is the development and the implementation of new types of electrolytically galvanized rolled products for Construction Industry, including those with polymeric coating. Objectives for the development the new types of rolled product are divided into several stages: 1. Development of production of electrolytically galvanized rolled products with polymeric coating for Construction Industry having special properties for white appliances. 2. Development of production of electrolytically galvanized rolled products with polymeric coating for Construction Industry having max. steel base thickness 0.3 mm. 3. Development of production of electrolytically galvanized rolled products for Construction Industry with steel base max. 0.20 mm thick. 4. Development of production of electrolytically galvanized rolled products for Construction Industry with differential thickness of zinc coating and additional special passivating overcoat. 5. Development of production of electrolytically galvanized rolled products for Automotive Industry with с preliminary phosphatizing.
