Please let Erin know if your club is accepting new members, where you meet, if you have cloverbuds, if you specialize in specific livestock or projects, and a main advisor name and contact information. We are always looking for new volunteers to serve in clubs or other groups. Interested individuals should fill out a potential volunteer application, set up an interview, complete a background check, and attend a new advisor training. All volunteer background checks fees are eligible for reimbursement from the University. Please submit the original receipt and the form found in the volunteer application. 2019 Volunteer Background Checks and Fingerprints Letters were sent out recently to volunteers who were selected to have their fingerprints done for the H year. This is a requirement from the University and must be done in order to be considered a volunteer. Fingerprints should be completed by December 31, If your fingerprints are not completed by that date, you will not be eligible to volunteer. Fees for fingerprinting can be reimbursed through the University. Please bring your original receipt and the reimbursement form to the Extension Office.
