1. Presentation for carbon heating film installation. Dear Customers, the carbon heating film is a new and advance heating technology used for wooden and laminate floors. This presentation will show you how to install it.

2. Required materials not included in our package: heating insulation, thin PE film, laminate.

3. This is the installation which we used under the carbon heating film. It is sold in sheets so it is easy to arrange it on the floor. You can use any other kind of floor heating insulation like cork, fibran etc.

7. The carbon heating film is arranged on top of the insulation.

8. The sheets are arranged following a scheme which we make for your room dimensions and include in the package. You don't need 100% coverage.

13. After we arrange the carbon film on the floor we continue with the wiring.

14. The sheets are connected parallel. The power supply is 220-240V. All the connections are soldered and insulated.

15. The two cold ends of the system and the floor sensor cables go to the installation box /included in the package/. There you do the connection to the thermostat.

16. Use the aluminum tape in the package to glue the floor sensor on the heated part of the carbon heating film /usually on the down side/.

17. Continue with the wiring.

20. The whole room is covered with the PE film.This is a very thin vapor material used for soundproofing and protective barrier between the carbon film and the laminate.

21. Covering with the PE film.

27. You can see all the parts for the installation - heating insulation, carbon film, Pe film and then the laminate.

28. Here you can see a spot without a carbon film /under the PE film roll/ because a big cupboard will be there.
