The question is about what the writers are saying (meaning), and how they convey their messages (methods). Consider what these writers are saying – how is it similar or different? Identify in each text where this viewpoint is conveyed (communicated). Consider how these writers convey their views. Annotate your text with the methods they have used and their effect on the reader.
