2. FWISD employees Sign In using Active Directory.
All other first time users will need to create an account.

3. Check your email account for a verification code needed to proceed with the application.

Enter this code on the “Verify your account” page of the application

5. Enter code sent to email address

7. Enter the email address and password used to create the account.
Check this account regularly for messages and lottery notification.

8. Select New Application to start the application process.

9. If you have more than one student applying, a separate profile page does not need to be set up. Select and begin application for new student.

10. If your student is currently attending a FWISD campus the student information will self populate. The information is pulled from the students profile at the current campus. This information can not be changed on the application.

11. If home address is not correct, STOP
If home address is not correct, STOP. Provide proof of residency to your student’s campus. 24hrs after the correction is made, the home address should be updated and you can proceed with the application.

13. Enter the sibling information and CLICK ADD.
This section will ask for name and DOB of the twin/triplet/sibling who is not the applicant. Please note: each child has to complete an application – they are not considered “applying” by completing this section.
Twin/Triplets/siblings that do not have a FWISD ID# will need the confirmation number of the 1st child entered in the system to complete the process. The confirmation number is located on the Confirmation page.
The only way to receive sibling preference in the lottery is to complete this section.   
Enter the sibling information and CLICK ADD.

14. Once you have successfully added the sibling, the student’s information will be displayed on the screen.

17. Make note of the confirmation number if twin/ triplet or sibling will be applying. The confirmation number of the 1st applicant must be entered on the application of twin/sibling.
