God gave Man the gift of knowledge to be able to invent and man invented Computers and Cable TV with a Remote control so in their seats they would remain with no need to toil by changing channels or when playing their games and if there was no balance… And many hours were wasted in this pursuit while they won or lost, laughed and cried, before the flickering blue light and the Monitor bright, weight gain became their plight … And Satan smiled. Some who do not have more than one or two, criticise and judge others for what they do, they point their finger and look at them with disdain, but they also have weaknesses and shortcomings of their own and they dont know if its sickness, fear or pain, that causes others to gain, so if they harshly judge them it puts themselves to shame… And Satan Smiles.

Many of us have been bombarded with the promise of instant and easy weight loss just by using tablets, some special diet or exercise, an amazing gadget, or a new formula, all are proven to work and promise to take away the fat without much effort. They all cost money, sometimes a lot and most of the Die-ts are not balanced and none of these Magic wands have real long term success. When we are looking for a Magic wand we will keep looking because all these ways fail, they overlook the resources we have in the Lord, the Self Control of the Holy Spirit, He is our freedom from that rigid control that puts us into bondage and under the Law and controlled by the flesh, which is the reason why we overeat emotionally….We need to seek the Lord because only He can set us free. It is not only our physical Bodies that are His Temple but also our spirit and soul and with our heart focus on The Lord and with Him indwelling we are complete.
