“Thinking in Sevens” – for our current season ~7 people to look after children & young people (3 creche, 2 primary age, 2 secondary age) ~7 people ‘up front’ (leader, worship leader, speaker, band, prayer ministry) ~7 people for ‘core hospitality & stewarding’ (unlock, setup/clear up, welcome, 2 x refreshments, PA, laptop) Church has ~63 active members (inc youth) = 9 ‘7s’ ON AVERAGE everyone doing something every 3rd week ??Aim for everyone to be on two monthly rotas where possible??
