Vitamin D3 supplementation decreased the correlation of 25(OH)D3 to 1,25(OH)2D3. Pearson correlation of 25(OH)D3 and 1,25(OH)2D3 at baseline (A) previtamin D3, (B) postvitamin D3, (C) preplacebo, (D) and postplacebo. At baseline, there was a good correlation between the levels of 25(OH)D3 and 1,25(OH)2D3 in all groups (A and B).
