1. My View: I don’t think it’s appropriate for this to be marketed to children. Although, I do understand that it may be helpful if the child's mom is pregnant it may help the child deal with it better. But, to have a Barbie that you can take the stomach off and there is a baby in there for the child to take out, is just insane to me!
To me this image marginalizes women who can’t or choose not to have children, while validating women who can and do have children because it’s seen as beautiful and necessary.
