Better disaster information is a priority for DMWG, MARD and international community in general
Building on DANA 1 experiences
Need to link DIMS with national database (GSO and Viet Info)
Project aims to contribute improving the whole DIMS spectrum, from data collection (questionnaires, training, software, equipment), analysis (capacity building), information sharing (NDMP’s role) and resource mobilization (appeals)
