Overall percentage of students passing (65% or higher) the 5 Regents Exams required for graduation OR All new teachers will have 2 observations (Announced and/or Unannounced) utilizing Danielson 2011 (revised) Rubric Domains 1, 2, 3 and 4a SLOs based on Grade 8 Science State Assessment One observation by an administrator assigned to your building and one observation by an administrator not assigned to your building (independent evaluator) SLOs based on course specific Regents Exams SLOs based on Grade 3 ELA and Math State Assessments

That score will be somewhere between 0 and 4.0
