2. Three things about me
I am a shy person which pretty much sums up that I am quiet.
I am a creative person, I love to make scrapbooks.
I am a huge Gator Basketball Fan, Go Gators!!! Just recently I’ve become a Timberwolves fan too.

3. Since I was in 7th grade I knew that I wanted to become a special education teacher after my cousin had her son, Jonathan, he has down syndrome.
Two reason why I want to teach is that I want to make a difference in a child’s life even if its just by showing them that you care and help them receive an education.

4. A surprising thing about myself and my life is that I am a constant babysitter when I go home to visit my family. I have four older brothers, I am the baby of the family, and with having four older brothers comes the duty of being an aunt. I am a proud aunt of thirteen nieces and nephews. My oldest niece is thirteen and my youngest nephew just turned one.

5. In Five Years
In five years I see myself teaching at one of the elementary schools in the town where I grew up, Immokalee. Graduating with my masters in special education will help me when working with each of my students.

6. Goals for this Year Pass the GRE, get into Grad School
Continue to improve my GPA
Pass all of my classes with good grades
To not be as shy as I am
Make new friends
Get into shape

7. Favorite Things
TV Shows: Heroes, Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty, and Lost.
Food: Spanish rice and enchiladas.
Places: My mom and dad’s house and Oklahoma.
Sports: Tennis and Basketball.
