Angiogram negative Exploratory laparotomy - colostomy

19 SICU Course Hemodynamically stable Placed in skeletal traction on R
Classified as LC 3 pattern L SI joint widened anteriorly R sacrum fractured, displaced cephalad and posteriorly.

20 Fracture Repair Taken to OR post-injury day 5.
L hemipelvis rolled internally using pin in L AIIS. L hemipelvis anchored to frame. R hemipelvis displaced cephalad and posteriorly.

23 Frame R hemipelvis reduced using traction on R leg.

26 Posterior Ring Repair R hemipelvis stabilized with S 1 and S 2 iliosacral screws.
