1 Comprehensive Program Review December 6, 2013
McGRATH HOUSE Comprehensive Program Review December 6, 2013

2 PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS Participation in the Northampton Community Garden
Solidified the Management Team at McGrath Significant Efforts have been made to communicate with our stakeholders Work with Reentry Affairs Coordinator at FCI Danbury Established a Memorandum of Understanding with Whittier Street Health Center

3 BEST PRACTICE/PROMISING PRACTICE
Action-planning to conduct a Gender Responsive assessment. During this time, McGrath House has remolded the treatment culture/environment of the program to reflect the culture envisioned by/expected of CRJ.  Focus on resident individual risk factors and criminogenic needs Solidified its process to track Life Skills Groups

4 CHALLENGES A challenge which the program management team looks forward to tackling everyday is continuing to set uniform expectations between the residents of the individual contracts; i.e., to create “one” McGrath House with consistent expectations (identifying at the onset that there are some that will not be possible). Continue to build upon a solid relationship to increase, and to set an expectation, of strong utilization of the contracts. Utilize, and expand our utilization, of SecurManage to make program systems more efficient.
