Business Case Scope Critical Success Factors Safety performance, trends, and LFI’s need to be shared with the workforce. Visible field leadership presence by Epr will help reinforce our commitment to goal zero and ensure messages are passed on at the worker level. In scope: Targeting a consistent message delivered to the heliports or land based work area on a consistent frequency. Not in scope: Platform visits, Annual Safety Day Planning – Field visits should be planned and scheduled in advance Participation – Participation by EPr team members along with external stakeholders. Listen/Learn: Creating a venue for the worker to raise concerns and get answers to questions. Consistency – regularly recurring themes and occurrences Objectives Deliverables Key Activities Each month a short slide pack is developed to bring a clear and concise safety message to the worker. The presentation should target: Leading indicator (BBSM) trends Sharing of hazard recognition information Sharing of learning's from incidents and/or safety alerts Utilize the full potential of Epr team members in engaging our workforce. Generate a template which can be used by team members to deliver weekly topics for safety presentations Determine responsibilities and roles.
