8 Quality Assurance Evaluation of products:
Done in connection with Invitation to Bid Supply Agreement with best offer 1-2 back-up suppliers Pre-qualification of suppliers of Vaccines, HIV/AIDS, Malaria and TB products: Products must be pre-qualified by WHO and listed on the WHO website

9 Quality Assurance Products received in the warehouse are inspected
Visual inspection Documentation, Certificate of Analysis Analysis performed on a random basis according to an annual plan - Predelivery Inspections

10 Quality Assurance Local Procurement/Production
All local purchase of pharmceuticals requires apporval from UNICEF SD Local production has been evaluated in countries like: Bangladesh, India, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Peru
