The schema of the shock dual-coil lead for implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantation in our new technique. (A) The right ventricular coil was passed through the transverse sinus first. (B) The right ventricular coil was introduced via a purse-string suture in the right atrial appendage, then screwed in the right ventricular apex. (C) For future growth, the lead in the right atrium and the lead from the right atrial appendage to the secured TS coil was left 1 loop at the front of the right atrium.
