6 Impact Factor Included in Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Report (JCR) 2 year impact factor of 1.62 Very healthy for new journal Was Ranked 32nd out of 109 AI journals on SCIMago (for 2010) Now up to 22nd out of 114 (for most recent year, 2011)

7 Summary and Plans Journal has made a very good start
Strong special issues have helped Still more work needed to expand set of authors and ensure a healthy stream of submissions New categories of paper are already helping Impact factor of 1.62 has also helped IEEE Outstanding Paper Award has now been approved Review and sub-to-pub times were slowly creeping up, but are now under control 50 days sub-to-first decision is very competitive with other journals
