Innocent until proven guilty Right to silence Right to be cautioned by the police Right to be informed of the charge Request police officer’s name and details Right to communicate with a lawyer or friend Right to refuse an ID parade Right to interpreter Right to see and read any statements recorded during a police interview Right to refuse to accompany a police officer to the police station, unless under arrest Right to refuse to provide evidence unless under arrest or by court order.
